With 15 years of experience buying and managing residential property, Kevin has become an expert in value-add investing. He has built and trained high-performing acquisition teams, and has invested in over 850 Million in assets on behalf of some of the largest private equity firms and pension funds in the world. Most recently, he was the National Head of Investments at Veritas, a company with $6 Billion in AUM, and prior to that he was Director at Cityview were he led acquisitions for a $400 Million JV with Blackstone. Kevin holds a B.S. from USC and an MBA from UCLA with honors.
